Do not include patient, resident, employee, compensation, incident, or other confidential details in ordinary email. Send only your name, callback information, the affected screen, and a general description.
Signing in
- Use the unique work email assigned to your PIROS account.
- Enter the current six-digit code from your authenticator after your password.
- If you lose your authenticator or change phones, contact an authorized PIROS administrator for identity verification and a 2FA reset.
- Never share passwords, authenticator codes, or accounts.
Access and permissions
New accounts require approval. Ask your manager or PIROS administrator for access. If a feature is missing, request the specific responsibility you need rather than another person's account.
Technical problems
Confirm the device is online, close and reopen PIROS, and retry once. When reporting an issue, provide the approximate time, device type, browser or app version, and steps that led to the problem. Do not send screenshots containing sensitive information unless support provides an approved secure method.
Account deletion or privacy request
Signed-in staff can delete their own account at any time from piros.ai/account/delete (password + email confirmation required). If you cannot sign in, email eric@pluggedinrecovery.com. Requests are verified before action. Some employment, healthcare, audit, or legal records may need to be retained.
Security incident
Immediately report a lost device, suspicious login, misdirected document, or suspected unauthorized access. Change your password if it may be compromised and do not delete evidence needed for investigation.
Emergency notice
PIROS is not an emergency service. For an immediate threat to life or safety, call 911. For suicide or mental-health crisis support in the United States, call or text 988.
